My husband and I recently purchased our first home together, and had the privilege of working with Theresa and Taya throughout the entire buying process. Taya is what the French would call "totes awesome". She was great every step of the way as we went through our first home buying experience. She was very friendly and personable to us and everyone else involved in the process. Buying a home can be a stressful undertaking and she was able to calm me and my wife down when we would have the occasional freakout. She kept in touch with everyone (brokers, escrow trustees, sellers, other agents) every step of the way to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. She even managed to keep the ball rolling when she was on vacation with her fiance in Hawaii. Once negotiations began, she was able to work with the other agent to get us more favorable terms. Even after we moved in, Taya still remains in contact to make sure everything is perfect with our new home. We would absolutely work with her again and recommend her to anyone.
