You want an "On it", committed, on-time, follow through kick butt realtor, who doesn't?! Taya and her team will come in, take over ANYTHING you don't want to handle or can't and they have your back!!! We sold not one, but two properties with Taya. Why, you ask? Our first experience was amazing with 19 offers on our apartments in the first week that we thought, "hell ya we want her to sell our home!". Taya is honest and considerate... she will tell you "how it is" as this is her job and she does it extremely well. She a strong woman, mom, wife and and amazing realtor; my husband's grandmother is currently working with her as well and she is one tough cookie! Rita was an absolute joy to work with on the purchase of our home. She was knowledgeable and skilled to maneuver efficiently throughout the process. Rita was able to provide recommendations for vendors and guidance on what we should expect from the sellers. Rita was always available and was great when it came down to the “OMG what did we just do” moment all buyers feel at the end of the process.

Rita is amazing. We were out of town buyers who came in once a month to see properties which she found and showed us before Covid... then we moved and started looking at more areas and refining our must haves, wants and needs. Rita was great in finding us two amazing properties and helping us pick the right one. She negotiated on our behalf and helped reach many advantages over the seller. We learnt a lot from her and we were not even first time homebuyers. She led us through the whole process and continues to be a source of knowledge for us. She's a great listener and honed in on our want and needs. Highly recommend working with her. And if we buy again, we will gladly use her services again!

It was my first home buying experience. I thought I had studied and researched a lot about the real estate market and any detail of home buying process. But, in retrospect, I was wrong and not fully ready. Rita was knowledgeable with professionalism. She never pushed or rushed me and my family in any decision making process. She was good at providing me with factual information and candid opinion. Especially, I was very impressed with Rita's negotiation tactics and skills in dealing with the seller and the listing agent. Furthermore, they ensured that we minimized our risk by advising on the appropriate inspections, assessments, and contingencies to secure, and expertly negotiated on our behalf which enabled us to increase our overall renovation budget! We wouldn’t have found this property, nor been able to purchase it and confidently commit to a renovation, without the help of Taya and Theresa. We can’t recommend them highly enough, and look forward to referring others to their agency in the future. We honestly consider them friends, and we’re eager to host them (socially distanced, of course) in our home once we’re all moved in!

My husband and I had originally been working with a realtor that we met at an open house. We had put offers on several homes, and kept coming in far under the accepted offer. Feeling defeated and like we weren't getting the best advice or guidance, we contacted Taya. We met her for coffee and instantly we knew this would be different. She was friendly, highly knowledgeable, responsive and a no nonsense kind of person. Within a week and a half, we had an accepted offer on a home in Hawthorne. From that point onward, my husband and I couldn't have imagined the process without Taya and her partner, Theresa. This was where they shined! Advising us through the inspection process, connecting us with the appropriate people (they have a guy for everything!), negotiating the best deal for us - they were on top of it, responsive, helpful and truly were in our corner. At the end of this experience, we have a home we can't wait to build a future in and dare I say, two new friends. (No joke, I will be calling these ladies for drinks in the near future)! Theresa recently helped my husband and I buy our first home. As first time buyers there were many parts of the process we weren’t previously aware of, but we never had to worry because Theresa expertly guided us through every step of the process. She has a very thorough knowledge of the Los Angeles market, specifically the South Bay. She listened to what we wanted and didn’t want in a home and tailored her search to our needs. When we got into escrow she made sure to fight for us to ensure we got a fair deal during all of the negotiations. Theresa was always very quick to respond to emails, phone calls, and texts. I highly recommend Theresa to anyone looking for a reliable, honest realtor who works hard for her clients!
